Summary
3DV products are professional visualization systems. Warranty scope, duration, service level, installation support, and any extended-service terms are confirmed in the accepted quotation, procurement document, or signed agreement for the applicable deployment.
What is covered
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, warranty coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal installation, operating, and environmental conditions for the covered product and accessories supplied by 3DV.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, incorrect installation, transport after delivery, unsuitable power quality, or unsuitable environmental conditions.
- Integration issues caused by unsupported third-party hardware, software, firmware, cables, adapters, or content pipelines.
- Consumables, cosmetic wear, lost revenue, downtime, data loss, or other indirect or consequential losses.
- Damage during return transport when 3DV packing or RMA instructions were not followed.
How to request service
Email connect@3dv.io with the product model, serial number, deployment location, issue description, and photos or video when relevant. 3DV may request procurement or authorization records to confirm eligibility.
Remedies
Depending on the case, 3DV may provide remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, replacement with an equivalent unit, or another remedy agreed in writing. Any refund, credit, or replacement remedy is handled through the applicable business agreement rather than through a self-service purchase flow.
Transferability
Warranty and service rights are normally tied to the original business customer or authorized deployment unless 3DV confirms transferability in writing.
Extended service plans
Extended service, installation support, on-site response, spare-unit coverage, or integration support can be quoted separately for business deployments.
