3DV products are handled through direct business inquiry, quotation, and deployment planning. The static storefront does not calculate self-service freight pricing, collect online shipping payment, or confirm delivery terms automatically.
Where we can ship
Destination availability depends on product model, configuration, carrier capability, regulatory constraints, distributor coverage, and the receiving organization's import or procurement requirements. Confirm the destination region with 3DV before planning a deployment.
Lead time and dispatch
Lead time is confirmed in writing based on product availability, configuration, testing, packing, accessories, service scope, and logistics requirements. Larger deployments, custom configurations, or coordinated installation schedules may require additional planning time.
Freight, duties, and taxes
Freight method, duties, taxes, customs responsibilities, insurance, delivery location, and any Incoterms or equivalent logistics terms are confirmed in the accepted quotation or written agreement. Buyers are responsible for their internal receiving, import, and compliance requirements unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Large and specialized shipments
Large-format displays, multi-unit deployments, demo kits, and service shipments may require freight coordination, appointment delivery, lift-gate service, site readiness confirmation, or specialized handling.
Tracking and receiving
When tracking or freight details are available, 3DV or its logistics partner will share them with the designated business contact. Inspect shipments promptly and keep packing materials until hardware condition and completeness are confirmed.
Lost or damaged shipments
Report visible damage, shortage, or suspected loss as soon as possible with photos, packing details, and carrier documentation. 3DV will coordinate the next step based on the carrier process and applicable written terms.
