1. Overview
The 3DV.io Store is a static catalog and inquiry channel for 3DV professional visualization products. It does not provide a self-service purchase flow, customer accounts, online payment processing, or consumer self-service ordering.
2. Business inquiry model
Submitting an inquiry, requesting support, downloading information, or discussing a configuration does not create a purchase contract. Any sale, pilot, distributor arrangement, integration project, service plan, or deployment is subject to an accepted quotation, purchase document, master agreement, distributor agreement, or other written agreement confirmed by 3DV.
3. Product information
Product descriptions, specifications, pricing indications, availability, accessories, images, and compatibility information are provided for planning and discussion. Final configuration, availability, lead time, logistics, taxes, duties, service scope, installation needs, and commercial terms must be confirmed in writing.
4. Quotation and procurement terms
Prices, taxes, freight, payment schedule, cancellation rights, delivery terms, warranty scope, and service level are controlled by the accepted quotation or written agreement for the relevant business transaction. This website does not override those written terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may use this storefront for lawful product research, inquiry, support, procurement, and business evaluation purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, misuse forms, scrape at abusive volume, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or harmful information.
6. Professional and medical-use disclaimer
3DV products are general-purpose visualization systems unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. They are not medical devices, are not FDA-cleared or approved, and are not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, surgical navigation, or clinical decision-making. Any medical, surgical, or anatomical references describe visualization, education, training, demonstration, or review workflows only.
7. Support, warranty, returns, and logistics
Support, warranty, RMA, cancellation, return, freight, customs, installation, and service matters are handled through direct business communication and the applicable written agreement. See the related policy pages for general guidance.
8. Intellectual property
3DV.io content, product names, images, layouts, technical materials, software references, and related materials are owned by 3DV or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use them except as allowed by law or written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the static storefront and its content are provided for informational use. 3DV is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-business damages arising from use of the storefront or reliance on preliminary catalog information.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 3DV harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the storefront, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful submissions.
11. Governing terms and law
The governing law, venue, dispute process, and controlling commercial terms for any purchase, pilot, deployment, service plan, distribution, or integration project are determined by the accepted quotation or written agreement for that transaction. If no separate written agreement applies to website use, these Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the 3DV contracting entity responsible for the relevant business relationship, without applying conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms as the storefront, business model, or legal requirements change. The latest version is posted on this page.
