Returns and Cancellations

B2B guidance for returns, cancellations, RMA handling, commercial credits, and service-related remedies.

This static storefront does not process online purchases, consumer returns, exchanges, or automatic refunds. Returns, cancellations, replacements, RMA handling, credits, or other commercial remedies are managed through direct business communication and the applicable written agreement.

General position

Because 3DV products are professional display systems that may be configured, packed, shipped, installed, or supported for a specific deployment, return and cancellation eligibility must be confirmed in writing before shipment or as part of the accepted quotation or agreement.

Before shipment or project start

If you need to change or cancel a planned procurement, contact 3DV as early as possible. Cancellation eligibility may depend on configuration status, production allocation, shipping preparation, distributor involvement, custom services, and written commercial terms.

After delivery

After delivery, any return or replacement request requires 3DV review and written authorization. Products must be protected, complete, and packed according to 3DV instructions before any return transport is arranged.

RMA process

Email connect@3dv.io with the product model, serial number, deployment context, reason for the request, and photos or video when relevant. Do not ship hardware back to 3DV or a partner location until you receive written RMA or logistics instructions.

Defects, damage, and service cases

Defect, damage-on-arrival, warranty, and service matters are evaluated under the Warranty and Service Policy and the applicable written agreement. Remedies may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, replacement unit, credit, or another written resolution.

Commercial credits

Any approved credit, refund, replacement, or adjustment is handled through the business process and payment terms used for the applicable transaction. The static storefront does not issue automated ecommerce refunds.
